Before you start

  • Make sure the modem/router is not locked to another provider.
  • Use a router with suitable WAN capability for your service speed.
  • Keep the Go Lambda order and activation details available.

OptiComm network requirements

FTTP

A router with an Ethernet WAN port using IPoE/DHCP works in most locations. Some locations require PPPoE credentials.

FTTB

A VDSL modem/router capable of IPoE/DHCP works in most locations. Some locations require PPPoE.

HFC

A router with an Ethernet WAN port and PPPoE authentication is required. OptiComm HFC does not support IPoE/DHCP.
