Go Lambda

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers about Go Lambda services, networks, equipment, billing and support.

Who is Go Lambda?

Go Lambda is a Queensland-based internet provider focused on simple, transparent service and local customer support.

What connection can I get?

Availability depends on your address. Use the address checker to see whether a supported OptiComm, nbn or Lambda Networks service is available at your premises.

Who is OptiComm?

OptiComm operates private broadband networks in selected housing estates, apartment buildings and communities. Go Lambda is a retail service provider on supported locations.

Are your plans unlimited?

Unlimited-data options are available. The live order screen shows the inclusions for plans qualified at your address.

Do plans have a lock-in contract?

Go Lambda offers month-to-month options. Always review the plan information and terms shown during signup.

Can I use my own modem or router?

Yes, if it is compatible and you can configure it. See our BYO guide for FTTP, FTTB and HFC requirements.

What is an OptiComm equipment installation charge?

Some premises need an Optical Network Terminal or other network equipment installed. Charges are set according to the property and required work; your qualification and order information will identify relevant fees.

What should I know before an OptiComm installation?

An adult must be present and the premises must meet preparation requirements. Missed-appointment and incorrect-callout charges may apply; confirm the current amounts in your qualification and appointment information.

How do I manage my account?

Use the Portal link in the site header for account and partner access, or contact support if you need help.

I am moving. Can I choose a start date?

Contact support as early as possible. We can check the new address and help arrange an appropriate connection date, subject to network availability and appointments.

How do I cancel?

Call 1300 061 793 or email support@golambda.com.au. Provide enough notice before the next monthly rollover so the request can be processed and review the terms that apply to your service.

Where can I get payment help?

Payment assistance is free. Contact us early so we can discuss extensions, tailored payment arrangements or a more suitable service option.
