The rules that apply when using Go Lambda services and connected supplier networks.

1. Purpose

This policy helps keep Go Lambda services and supplier networks reliable, safe and available. Customers and anyone using their service must act responsibly.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use a service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing or unsafe activity; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware or spam; compromise authentication or security; gain unauthorised access; deliberately disrupt a network; misrepresent data maliciously; or access, store or publish material prohibited by Australian law.

3. Unreasonable or excessive use

You must not deliberately cause congestion or instability, interfere with other users, resupply a service without approval, connect harmful or unapproved equipment, or use a residential service for non-ordinary commercial purposes contrary to the plan terms. Usage remains subject to any data, speed and plan limits.

4. Security

You are responsible for passwords, Wi-Fi security, authorised users and keeping devices, systems, firewalls and security software up to date. Usage and charges generated through your service remain your responsibility.

5. Copyright and online conduct

You must have permission to share copyrighted material and supervise minors using your service. Suspected child abuse or exploitation material may be referred to law enforcement.

6. Our response

Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, we may contact you, manage traffic, restrict, suspend or cancel a service in accordance with applicable terms and law. Serious threats may require immediate action.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be published here, and continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
