Credits & refunds. How they work.
How account credits, service issue assessments and refund requests are handled.
What is a credit?
A credit is an amount added to your Go Lambda account, for example to correct a billing error or account for an eligible service issue. It remains on the account and offsets future invoice charges.
What is a refund?
A refund returns an available credit balance to an eligible payment method or bank account. A refund can only be processed where the account has enough credit and any final or outstanding charges have been considered.
Credits for service issues
Credits are assessed under the service level that applies to the product. Where no specific service level applies, a request may be assessed case by case after a fault is resolved. Credits generally relate to the affected Go Lambda service itself, not the cost of third-party alternatives such as mobile data.
Closed accounts
Amounts paid in advance may first be applied to the final invoice and other valid account charges. If a credit remains after an account is finalised, contact us to request a refund.
Request an assessment
Call 1300 061 793 or email support@golambda.com.au with the account, invoice and reason for the request.
